Layout Planning
We develop 2–3 layout options considering your needs and the technical possibilities of the space. We agree on the final version.
Result: Approved layout plan.
Concept & Visualization
We select style, colors, and materials. We create realistic 3D visualizations of every room. You see your future home before renovation begins.
Result: Visualizations + mood board + material palette.
Working Documentation
Full technical drawings package for builders: tile layout, electrical, plumbing, dimensions, specifications. Everything so builders don’t ask you unnecessary questions.
Result: Complete documentation package + estimate.
Procurement
We help with purchasing materials, furniture, lighting, and decor. We check availability, delivery timelines, and sample compliance.
Result: Everything ordered, timelines confirmed.
Author Supervision
We oversee builders at every stage: project compliance, quality, timelines. Regular photo reports. Handover — without surprises.
Result: Your finished interior, exactly as visualized.
