The Varshavskyi apartment is about minimal replanning with functionality preserved. We intervened in the space only where it genuinely improved daily routines, without disrupting its natural logic. A light base sets a calm tone, while terracotta and green accents add character and warmth. A story of its own is the teenage daughter’s room — deliberately different in mood and rhythm, a space that belongs to her alone. The result is a cohesive apartment where the shared zones speak in unison, while the personal room is free to be itself.
